By registering your details with the APEC SME Innovation Center website, you will be able to log onto the site and have access to a rich array of information on SME innovation in the APEC region. 1. Your personal information will be protected in accordance with the Act on Personal Information Protection. 2. Your registration information will not be revealed outside and will be used for the purpose of providing information on SME innovation or carrying out Center's activities. 3. You agree to not use the Center service to upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertizing, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or other form of solicitation. 4. If any uploaded writing proves to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, the Center can remove the unwanted writing. 5. Any uploaded writing that turns out to run counter to the Center's purposes or public interest shall be deleted without prior permission of the writer.
