SMEIC aims to build SME innovation capacity effectively
in APEC member economies including Korea by identifying and
disseminating useful SME innovation cases after research &
analysis of SME innovation policies and practices in APEC. |

The project intends to be instrumental in developing
SME innovation policies and enhancing SME competitiveness through
research & analysis of innovation research and cases in
advanced economies of OECD and EU. |

The project is also designed to create the environment
for SME innovation capacity-building via consistent support
system, technological & management innovation and synergistic
effects gained from both informatization and innovation. |
|
|
The Center will build networks among innovation-
related organizations in member economies to share innovation
knowledge, thus contributing to stimulating economic activities
in APEC. |
